Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policies:

  • Reservations must be made a minimum of 12 hours in advance of your desired pick-up time when booking online. For bookings made less than 12 hours in advance, please contact us by phone to check for availability.

  • All confirmed reservations will be confirmed via email. If you haven`t received an email confirmation, your reservation is not valid. Please also check your spam folder.

Airport Pick-Up Policy:

  • For airport pickups, additional charges apply for waiting time after a flight has landed. There`s no extra charge for the first 30 minutes after the flight lands. After 30 minutes, a waiting time charge of $2.50 per minute will apply. If our office is not contacted within 45 minutes of the flight landing, a no-show fee equivalent to the full rate will be charged.

Extra Stops and Waiting Time:

  • Extra stops may be requested during your trip, and additional charges will apply based on factors like mileage, time, and vehicle type, with a minimum charge of $25.

  • For non-airport transfers, there`s no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, waiting time will be charged from the scheduled pickup time at the following rates: $2.50 per minute with a sedan, $3.00 with an SUV, $3 with a Mercedes S class, and $4 with a 14-passenger van. A minimum $25 extra charge applies for pick-ups and drop-offs between 9 PM and 6 AM.

Conduct and Damages:

  • Clients and renters are responsible for their guests and any damage to the vehicle, inside or outside. This includes costs related to cleaning, repair, or replacement of items, with a minimum charge.

  • Passengers are expected to behave appropriately and not engage in activities that put any person or property at risk. The company reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle in the event of a breach of these conditions, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

  • Damages will be charged accordingly after a thorough investigation.

Lost Items:

  • The company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during or after trips. If you believe you`ve left something behind, please contact us, and we`ll make our best effort to assist in locating your item.

Substitution Policy:

  • The company reserves the right to upgrade clients to a different vehicle without notice. Please request special accommodations at the time of reservation if a specific vehicle type is required.

Responsibility:

  • The company is not responsible for late arrivals due to factors beyond its control, such as acts of nature, incorrect pickup or drop-off information, or unforeseen situations like bad weather, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions.

Pets:

  • All pets must be placed in a carrier. If not, a minimum cleaning and detailing charge will apply.

Smoking and Alcohol:

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. A minimum fee will be charged for any violation.

Rate and Payment:

  • All vehicle rates are quoted based on availability at the time of booking. All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • To provide the best customer service and maximize availability, we follow these policies for cancellations.

    • For point-to-point reservations up to 2 hours in duration, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the pickup time. If the job takes more than 2 hours, a 48-hour notice is required. For hourly reservations and 14-passenger van reservations, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours and 7 days in advance, respectively.

    • Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare. Cancellations and changes must be made via email.
